Why do celebrities always look so darned good? It’s maddening. Especially when they show up on the red carpet, they always look gorgeous! Trim and toned. It’s nice to think they go home and when they take off their clothes they EXPLODE. Oh well.
The truth is that they exercise and eat well. Duh.
Here’s what some of them do according to Shape Magazine:
Justin Timberlake: The crooner—a well-known fitness buff—told Bon Appetit he eats two breakfasts. The first is waffles with flax and almond butter and a scrambled egg. His workouts are following by another egg or a protein shake. “I mostly work out so I can eat religiously,” he said.
Gwyneth Paltrow – The actress’s second cookbook, It’s All Good, focuses on the low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free meals she’s taken to eating after a panic attack at a dinner party. She asked Dr. Frank Lipman to offer up some breakfast options to fit into her new eating plan on her website, GOOP. While we can’t be sure this is truly what she dines on each morning, Lipman suggested veggie omelets and smoked wild salmon with sardines and avocado on gluten-free bread.
Khloe Kardashian – The reality TV star told People magazine that she opts for cereal in the mornings, choosing Kashi’s GOLEAN with 2 percent milk and a cup of coffee.
