- Five leaves of Napa cabbage, cut in half and thinly sliced
- 1/2 lime juice
- A little salt
- One tablespoon of avocado or extra-virgin olive oil

- One fresh bunch of basil
- One new bunch of mint
- One bunch of fresh cilantro and a serving of sambal oelek, Sriracha, or Asian chili paste
