Sometimes there is just “too much information” (TMI) out there on the internet and we need to step back and see if all this stuff is really true. How much news is “fake news”?
Recently I have read that lemon water can do everything from lowering blood pressure to clearing acne, and it all just seemed to be too good to be true. When that happens, it is usually B.S.
So, how about it? Does lemon water really do all these wonderful things? It looks like the answer is no. A new article in the Daily Mail says: Drinking warm water with lemon will NOT flush toxins from your body, reveals scientist who also claims detoxes, such as the Alkaline Diet loved by celebrities, are a SHAM
So, drink it if you like the taste, and you will definitely get some vitamin C out of it, but don’t look for it to be the elusive Fountain of Youth.
