- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 drained 198g cans of sweet corn
- One small chopped onion, one large peeled and cut into 1-centimeter cubes

- 900ml fresh vegetable stock
- One lime, half juiced and sliced thinly.

STEP 1:
