Food Energy Frequency

HMT News TeamHMT News Team  June 6, 2022

Is there a food energy frequency? Everything around us gives off vibrations which are due to all objects having a natural frequency. Even things that seem to be completely still are giving off waves of vibrations. These vibrations are all at different frequencies and can only be heard with the correct instruments. Such as a frequency meter that is able to capture the spikes and drops of a frequency.

From plants to emotions, it is incredible to think that even a thought radiates its own unique frequency. Today we will be primarily focusing on food energy frequency, and yes, even the vegetables on your plate aren’t dormant!

Do Humans Give Off a Frequency?

Yes! Humans do, in fact, give off frequencies. There are many different aspects that contribute to the infrasonic waves that humans give. These include the following;

  • Heartbeat
  • Emotional tension
  • Blood flow along vessels
  • Brain

As a whole, our bodies emit frequencies than average at about 62-72 MHz. It is shown that the body vibrates all the way down to a cellular level. These vibrations shift and change depending on the state of the person. With certain emotions, such as joy, a higher frequency is admitted. The position of one’s body will also give off different waves, such as higher frequencies are emitted when standing than when sitting.

Naturally, humans emit a low frequency, and this can be measured by using a portable meter which can determine the currents that flow through a person’s body.

With more research coming to light, there has been an increase in the interest in human frequencies and an abundance of methods on how to heal and learn more about these natural vibrations.

Can Food Affect Human Frequency?

The simple answer is yes. Food energy frequency can affect our vibrations. Depending on what we consume, our frequencies will either be higher or lower than others. The frequency of a healthy individual is calculated to be between 62-73 MHz. Anything below this is considered to not be in peak shape.

If a person’s vibrations fall below the recommended frequency, it is likely due to an unbalanced diet. Consuming lower frequency foods instead of higher ones will ultimately affect your health.

Which Foods Give Off The Highest and Lowest Frequencies?

This may all be a bit confusing when starting to learn about the different vibrations and effects they have on the body, as well as what converts food to energy. One of the biggest elements that can change and impact one’s natural frequencies is food.

Consuming certain food groups and meals can be a vital part of not only maintaining our body’s physical health but also the vibrations that it emits.

The food energy frequency varies between different food groups. The higher the frequency is, ultimately healthier for our bodies and can aid in all-around wellness. Understanding food energy frequency, as well as what converts food into energy, may be beneficial to our overall health and wellbeing. Some of these include the following;

  • Seeds and nuts such as almonds, Brazil nuts, chia seeds, cashews, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds
  • Healthy oils such as coconut oil, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, and almond oil
  • Fresh herbs and spices like basil, cayenne, garlic, ginger, fennel, mint, nutmeg, and cardamom
  • Fruits such as oranges, pineapples, kiwi, blueberries, apples, and mangos
  • Organic and fresh vegetables like spinach, celery, asparagus, peppers, leafy greens, and potatoes
  • Fermented foods namely kimchi, sauerkraut and kombucha
  • Organic and grass-fed meats
  • Natural sweeteners like honey, pure maple syrup, and pure coconut sugar
  • Healthy grains primarily consist of wild rice, quinoa, buckwheat, and barley
  • Healthy liquids such as green tea, black tea, purified water, and spring water

Moving onto foods that emit a lower frequency, these can range and are more commonly consumed as they are easy to find and quick to prepare. In proportion, these can not be extremely harmful especially consumed with the aforementioned higher frequency foods. However, consumed solely and in large portions, these can be harmful to your health and result in low vibrations. These foods consist of;

  • Low-quality meats
  • Foods filled with GMO
  • Fatty and unhealthy oils like canola, margarine, peanut oil, and soy
  • Sodas
  • Processed foods
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Alcohol
  • Sodium nitrates
  • Caffeine
  • Artificial food coloring
  • BPA filled foods
  • Processed sugars
  • “Fake” food such as miracle whip, processed cheese, and meats

Should I Be Trying to Raise My Frequency?

Not only is your physical and mental health improved by consuming healthier foods, but the higher your frequency, the happier and healthier you’ll be.

There are ways in which one can measure your own frequency, but if you are unable to do so correctly, there are many out there willing to help. This is extremely beneficial to know as it can tell you a lot about your health that you may have not even known previously.

Once you know what your body’s natural frequency is, it will be easy to learn whether or not you need to make changes to your diet. If you know beforehand that you eat mainly unhealthy foods, it won’t come as a surprise that your vibrations aren’t where they should be. This is also a great way to not concentrate on the scale and bodily dimensions but instead on something a little more mystical.

This can also take a lot of pressure off losing weight or creating healthier habits as you will not be compelled to jump on the scale and feel discouraged. Vibrations go deeper than the cosmetics of looking like unrealistic beauty standards as everyone is different, and once these cellular vibrations are healed, they will radiate outwards.

Why Do Some Foods Have a Higher Vibration Than Others?

As we have listed above, there is an abundance of foods that can help raise your vibration. Due to there being so many options, it is simple to devise a diet that includes either a balance of low and high or opt for all high-frequency foods. There are quite a few existing diet plans that can aid in the levels of your vibrations. The important part is finding the one best suited for you.

When it comes to comparing foods that consist of a high frequency and a low one, it is most definitely due to their quality. Although they may not always taste very different, there are more aspects to consider than just the flavor.

Higher frequency foods tend to be more natural and found within nature. They are hormone-free and humanely grown or raised. They are gut-friendly and give your body the natural energy and the fuel it needs.

Foods that offer low-frequency vibrations are considered, in almost all senses of the word, unhealthy. Although not life-threatening, consuming primarily these foods will not improve your way of living. In fact, they’ll do the complete opposite. Your body uses more resources to break down and ingest these foods than what they give back. They lack vitamins, minerals, and other helpful attributes that food is supposed to give us.

This is why it is best to avoid unnatural and overly fatty foods, as they have a low food energy frequency. Cutting these out and replacing them with higher frequency counterparts will reward your body with what it needs to ensure you live a long and happy life.

Food for Thought

It is an interesting concept that everything, including us, vibrates at different frequencies. It makes it even more fascinating when we learn that certain foods can heal us through their vibrations—the higher the frequency, the healthier the food and the person.
