Based on her eating habits and eating windows with her two daughters’ school activities mixed in, she has chosen to pause. The pause may be a few months, maybe longer, or forever. She doesn’t know the answer, so she goes with it and sees what happens.

The best part about shred workout plans is that they cost only $20 per month, which is much less. She frequently hears complaints that FW is expensive, so she appreciates that Madeline Moves offers everything you need for just $20 per month or $200 when you pay an entire year in advance.

She paid for a Personalized Macros Consultation before starting the Madeline Moves workouts to figure out where she needed to be for total optimization in terms of fitness, food, and lifestyle.
